Sally Walker-Simmons is the Executive Assistant/Office Manager at the Guild. Before joining the Guild, Sally worked as a Senior Support Officer at the Ministry of Education. Sally is from London and moved to New Zealand four years ago. She joined the Guild in March 2011.

Jasmine develops policy advice and analysis for the organisation, responds to submission requests and provides advocacy to members. She is an experienced educator and researcher, and was head of the Victoria University of Wellington Students’ Association. Jasmine has a BA (Hons first class) from Victoria University, primarily in political philosophy.

As Marketing and Membership Services Manager, Rebecca (BPharm RegPharmNZ MRPharmS) oversees all membership and marketing duties. She attended the University of Otago and is a registered pharmacist with seven years experience in both hospital and community pharmacy.

Julia's role includes all communication-related duties, such as media liaison, producing
the Guild newsletters and managing the website. Julia has a Bachelor of Journalism (Hons) from Rhodes University in South Africa and spent nearly ten years as a journalist in Johannesburg.

Nicole co-ordinates member-related queries and benefits, all marketing campaigns and is responsible for the recruitment of new members. She has a Bachelor of Business Studies - with a major in Marketing - from Massey University and five years marketing experience.

Lisa processes phone, online and fax orders, and completes other administrative duties. She has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University and this is her first job after graduating.

Bailey's role involves the management of the financial accounts for the Guild and PSL. He has a BCom with majors in accounting and finance and is a qualified chartered accountant. Bailey has a broad range of experience and has worked for various organisations, including a chartered accountancy practice, local council housing associations, a not-for-profit and a national transportation company.

Pam manages the accounts team and is also responsible for the daily financial transactions of the Guild. She has many years of accounting experience, from large corporates to family enterprises. Pam endeavours to provide a solution to any accounting query from members.

Barbara is the Guild’s Senior Accounts Administrator. She has been studying part-time for NZ Diploma of Business and brings with her 15 years experience in the accounts field.

Kate is the Guild’s Accounts Administrator. Her friendly
voice is the first you will hear when you call the Guild. Kate manages the
Guild’s gift vouchers and is the Guild’s accounts receivable and payable clerk.
Kate has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Victoria
University and three years part time experience as part of an accounts team.
