Advocacy
The Guild provides leadership on all issues facing the community pharmacy sector, including:
- representing members in funding, contract and service development discussions
- lobbying politicians and decision makers to improve the position of community pharmacy
- advocating for community pharmacy with Health New Zealand and the Ministry of Health on pending legislative, regulatory and policy change.
We are equipped with the funds, capacity, expertise and relationships throughout the sector to do this effectively on members' behalf.
