Andrew Gaudin, Chief Executive

Andrew has significant health sector experience, having spent more than 20 years in leadership and advisory roles, including five years as a Strategic Advisor in the Director General of Health’s office. Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Operations Research and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accountancy.   

Autumn Lindsay, PSL Administrator

Autumn is the friendly voice you hear when placing your PSL orders. Autumn works part-time for PSL while studying at Victoria University for a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Marine Biology. 

Cathy Martin, Senior Advisory Pharmacist

Since registering in 1997, Cathy has worked in community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy (both in NZ and the UK), and industry and in an advisory capacity. Before joining the Guild, Cathy worked as an advisory pharmacist at Green Cross Health.     

Emma Houltham, Business Support Manager

Emma provides administration support to the Chief Executive and board members, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office and Pharmacy House. Emma comes from a medium sized business management background and completed a Diploma in Applied Management (Human Resources) in 2007.   

Martin Lowis, Senior Advisory Pharmacist

Martin started his career as a community pharmacist in South Africa in the late 1990s, and has since been a pharmacy owner and manager. In 2014, he immigrated to New Zealand, working as a community pharmacist, dispensary manager and pharmacy manager before joining the Guild.     

Nicole Rickman, General Manager - Membership and Professional Services

Nicole manages the membership and professional services team and oversees all member communications and campaigns, media relations, professional (pharmacist) services and member support. Nicole has a Bachelor of Business Studies - with a major in Marketing - from Massey University.

Niki Ryan, Membership and Events Coordinator

Niki deals with member queries, oversees member resources, and organises our events. Niki has worked in various administrative roles over the last 15 years, and most recently served as the Guild's Office Administrator.

Angela Heswall, Northern Electorate

Angela co-owns Kensington and Maunu Pharmacy in Whangarei. She has been a pharmacy owner for over 20 years and understands the changing pressures owners are facing. Prior to community pharmacy ownership, Angela has worked in hospital pharmacy in the UK. She is passionate about medicines management and extended pharmacy services.  



Brooke McKay, Vice President, Central Electorate

Brooke is a community pharmacy owner in Upper Hutt and started her ownership journey at 25. Brooke has also been a PSNZ board member and branch president. She is passionate about pharmacist consultation services, whole of life vaccinations, embracing tikanga Māori and te reo Māori, and culturally safe practice. 


Charlotte Schimanski, Midland Electorate

Charlotte owns a busy, medical centre pharmacy in Rotorua, working closely with the medical centre to show improved health outcomes, and that clinical pharmacy work is effective within community pharmacy. In 2021, she completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health. Charlotte also sits on the MidCPG Board and PWL(BOP) Ltd Board.  


Glenn Mills, Co-opted member

As an early career pharmacist, Glenn owned and operated two pharmacies in Auckland. His career then turned to commercial health management, where he held various leadership roles spanning merchandise, store design, professional services, government relations, property, and business acquisitions. Glenn has been on the Board since 2019.


Keshree Naidoo-Rauf, President, Midland Electorate

Kesh co-owns pharmacies in Cambridge and Hamilton. She joined the Guild Board in 2021 and became President in 2024. Kesh is also a board member of the World Pharmacy Council (representing the Pacific region) and the Australasian College of Pharmacy, and a Hamilton City Councillor. Kesh is currently studying for an MBA.

Maria Morley-Bunker, Southern Electorate

Maria has co-owned Unichem Bishopdale Pharmacy in Christchurch since 2009. She has been with the pharmacy since she was a student, including her internship. Maria completed Psychiatric Pharmacy Post-Graduate study overseas and is also a Canterbury Community Pharmacy Group board member.


Reuben Horn, Central Electorate

Reuben is a young pharmacy owner serving a challenging low socioeconomic community. He understands the unique challenges facing these owners, along with general sustainability issues, at a time when pharmacy's role continues to grow. Reuben also sits on the Hawkes Bay Pharmacy Services advisory group.


Shun-Yu Wu, Southern Electorate

Shun owns and operates McNaughton’s Pharmacy in Dunedin. He is always on the lookout for new services and ways to help smaller independent pharmacies succeed. He is dedicated to the pharmacy sector and hopes to contribute to the profession and help other pharmacy owners and their teams be successful.


Vicky Chan, Northern Electorate

Vicky has over 15 years’ experience managing and co-owning pharmacies in Pakuranga. She is passionate about clinical services, leading the way with vaccination efforts and other pilot initiatives like the award-winning Community Flu Fighter project, and the debut of Hepatitis C Test and Treat programme.


Victor Chong, Co-opted member

Victor co-owns pharmacies in Karori, Wellington. He has been passionate about pharmacy leadership since his time at pharmacy school when he was the NZ Association of Pharmacy Students - Otago Secretary, then President. Victor hopes to continue this leadership and advocacy with his role of the Guild Board.
